Setup steps from before you start using the eSIM until after you begin using it.

Precautions

  • The eSIM can be installed while you are still in Thailand, but it can only be used once your device picks up a signal in Japan. After purchasing and installing the eSIM, please check the "eSIM expiration date" in the "package details" for the last day the eSIM can be used — once activated, usage cannot be paused.
  • After reading the QR code or installing the eSIM, if you are unable to connect, do not delete the eSIM profile under any circumstances. If the eSIM is deleted, we will not be able to reissue a new one.
