Is there a time limit for using the SIM Card package?
The activation expiry date for Physical SIM cards is printed on the card, so please check it carefully. For eSIM, please complete activation within 90 days of purchase.
If I cancel my trip, can I get a refund for an unused package?
Per company policy, returns and refunds are not available once the product has been shipped.

Do I need to set up an APN or install a profile?
Usually it is Plug & Play and can be used without any configuration. *APN settings may be required depending on the device type.
How to check which phone models are supported
Before selecting a plan, confirm that the device supports eSIM and the frequency bands used by the au network in Japan.
Does the phone support eSIM?
Quick check: Open the phone app, dial *#06#, and place the call. If an EID appears, the device includes eSIM capability.
