Package change: Must be completed (documents finalized) by the 25th of each month for the new package to take effect from the start of the following month. If the request or document response is submitted after the 25th, the change will instead take effect from the start of the month after next.

Process for requesting a package change or cancellation: add the Line OA, inform staff, verify identity, receive the e-sign document by email, and sign and return it

How to Request a Package Change

  1. Add the Line OA @nihonsim and inform our staff that you wish to change your package.
  2. Provide identity verification details for the contract holder to our staff.
  3. Once the package change details are confirmed, our staff will send the package change document for e-sign to the email address registered in the system.
  4. The contract holder must sign and return the document via e-sign by the 25th of the month.
  5. Once the signed document is returned, the package change will take effect according to the details in the document.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. Add the Line OA @nihonsim and inform our staff that you wish to cancel your contract.
  2. Provide identity verification details for the contract holder to our staff.
  3. Once the cancellation details are confirmed, our staff will send the cancellation document for e-sign to the email address registered in the system.
  4. The contract holder must sign and return the document via e-sign by the 25th of the month.
  5. Once the signed document is returned, the cancellation will take effect according to the details in the document.

Cancellation Terms

  1. If you have completed the minimum contract period, you may cancel without penalty. If no cancellation request is submitted, please note that the contract will automatically renew each month.
  2. If you wish to cancel before the minimum contract period ends, an early termination fee of 2,000 THB applies, regardless of how much time remains on the contract.
